Description
Clean and clinical architecture, however minimal and sleek, inevitably longs for the human warmth of cultural expression.
To introduce this element without introducing risk, the Management Team of 8 Exhibition Street in Melbourne enlisted Mainartery to curate a display of legacy sculptures through their foyer.
The landmark building, which rises from the ‘Paris end’ of Melbourne and houses the offices of The Herald Sun and accounting firm Ernst and Young, is an A-grade commercial office tower featuring a street level café, and a grand foyer that gives access to the 27 floors of premium office space above. So, it makes sense to use the foyer to create favourable first impressions.
By fully maximising the building’s entranceway, the foyer acts as a commercial leverage point that can be harnessed to enhance a sense of place, while also visibly raising the value of your brand.
With the right selection of artworks, and experienced professionals to deliver to your property without risk, you’ll have peace of mind as you grow the value of your property’s unique brand.
